- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding local public holidays) after your order confirmation.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
- You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options & Costs:
- We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please check our website or sign up for our newsletter for updates.
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship to East and West Malaysia.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courrier’s website.
Delivery Issues:
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: RIOT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier service to file a claim.
- After contacting the courier service, if the issue is not resolved, please contact our customer support team at support@riotactive for further assistance.
- Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
