Riot Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility
- This policy applies to all items purchased from the Riot Activewear website.
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items may have limited return or exchange options. Please refer to the specific product page for details.
2. Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@riot.com or by phone at +60184637248 within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Refunds for returned items will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@riot.com or by phone at +60184637248 within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will ship the exchanged item to you.
- If the exchanged item has a different price than the original item, we will adjust the payment accordingly.
4. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized items
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect
5. Damaged or Defective Items
